We’re thrilled to share that attorney Shannon Hayden Fogarty has joined McKenna Russo Law, focusing on estate planning and estate & trust administration.
Shannon brings a calm, empathetic approach to helping individuals and families navigate the legal and practical complexities that arise in estate and trust matters. She prepares tailored estate planning documents designed to reflect each client’s priorities and long-term goals.
Before transitioning her practice to estate planning and administration, Shannon spent several years representing beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives in complex estate and fiduciary litigation. This foundation gives her a unique, strategic perspective: she understands where disputes commonly arise and how courts interpret planning documents—allowing her to structure plans that minimize ambiguity and potential conflict while honoring each client’s intentions.
