In early July 2025, Attorney Rebecca Schisler-Adams obtained a successful six-figure jury verdict in favor of McKenna Russo clients in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. The case centered around several construction defects resulting from a home renovation project and included counts for breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act. Schisler-Adams represented the Plaintiffs, who are Montgomery County homeowners.

After three days of an intense trial, the jury unanimously found that the defendant was liable for significant damages. McKenna Russo is proud to have assisted in protecting the integrity of this deserving Maryland family’s home.
